Workshop Bookings

When booking a candlemaking workshop with Quimnarrstrvorme:

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Participants must be aged 16 or over unless otherwise specified
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information
• Workshop times and content may be subject to change

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop: Full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before: 50% refund or full credit for future booking
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund, but credit may be offered
• Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours notice

Candle Purchases

When purchasing candles from Quimnarrstrvorme:

• Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Delivery is offered within the United Kingdom; delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk and ownership pass to you upon delivery
• For distance sales (e.g. orders placed online), you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — see our Return Policy for details

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Quimnarrstrvorme and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Health and Safety

During our candlemaking workshops:

• Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your session
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors
• Hot wax and fragrances are used during workshops
• We reserve the right to refuse service if safety guidelines are not followed

Quimnarrstrvorme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant workshop or product.
